Orders are prepared and processed on working days. Once an order is processed, it will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipments within Spain:
Peninsula: 2-7 working days.
Balearic Islands: 2-4 working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days.
Rest of Europe: 7 to 20 working days.
United States: 10 to 30 working days.
Orders outside of the European Union may be subject to additional import and customs fees which are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer.
LU·LES does not make itself responsible for any potential delivery delays or package loss en route to the buyer.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost for every country will be able to be assessed at checkout and will be calculated depending on the size and weight of the package. Once the order has been processed, an automatic confirmation will be sent via email including the order number. Once the item is shipped, a second email will be sent confirming the package having left the warehouse as well as a shipment tracking code and the name of the transport company.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The buyer will have a window of 15 natural days, according to the calendar where the buyer resides, to return the order, starting from the date the item is received. (Article 44 of the law 7/1996 of the 15th of January of the Commercial Retail Ordinance, modified by the law 47/2002 of 19th of December). For these purposes, the buyer must communicate their intention via email to return said item, indicating the order number, items to return and reason for return. Once the return request has been accepted, the product must be shipped to the address provided in its original, perfectly unused state along with its original tags, packaging and previous shipping contents.
LU·LES will return the purchase price of the item through the same payment method through which it was originally purchased within 30 days.
In no case exchanges or returns are accepted for items made to measure, within discontinued or limited edition collections, or as special orders. The shipping prices to return the item must be incurred by the buyer excluding the cases in which defective or incorrect items have been issued in which case the seller will bear responsibility for the shipping.
GUARANTEE
All of our items are made artisanally and checked before being put on sale. We use high quality consumer-grade leather made from cowhide, calf, suede or Napa, as well as organic cotton for cloth bags.
Due to the natural material and artisanal process, there may exist small variations within a particular line of bags. The guarantee covers the defects or flaws only within the realm of an item’s manufacturing (6 months). Imperfections owing to an incorrect use of an item, or the wear produced by normal use, are not included in the guarantee.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
All purchases made at lulesbrand.com are gift wrapped. For gifts to a third party, a personalized message for the recipient may be added, which, if desired, should be sent via email upon purchasing the item.
All of our orders are sent in recyclable cardboard which reduces the environmental impact and carbon footprint of every transaction. Each item is protected with its own organic cotton bag or with silk paper.
Remember that all of the packaging may be reused or recycled.

GUIDE TO CARE FOR YOUR LU·LES BAG
To maintain the quality of your LU·LES product, avoid direct contact with light and sun. We recommend not to overload our bags in order for them to maintain their original shape, and when not in use, we recommend keeping it in its original cotton bag.
If your LU·LES bag gets wet, dry it with a smooth cloth without excessive rubbing and let it dry at room temperature. You may also clean it with a lightly dampened cloth to remove dirt. Avoid excessive contact with water, grease or perfume.
Each LU·LES bag is made in a unique way given that natural leather is used. One mustn’t forget that the variations in tone and small marks are not considered imperfections, rather a product of the natural, individual qualities of the leather used in the manufacturing of each item.
